Sealund Corporation is a third-generation, family-run business which had its beginnings in the early 1930’s.

,As a small home builder in local communities south of Boston, Founder Walter Sealund, Sr. believed strongly in seeking the best value for his customers. More than 80 years later, Sealund Corp. remains true to this mission, producing quality homes and subdivisions that represent the highest quality for the best price.

Currently, Sealund Corporation is managed by Walter’s grandson Kevin and great-grandson Brian Sealund. Roger grew up building homes with his father. All totaled, he has built more than 1,000 homes on the South Shore since succeeding his father in the family business.

Roger’s son Kevin joined the company in 1978 after graduating from Roger Williams University with a degree in civil engineering. Since then, the company expanded its offerings, building roads, infrastructure and utilities along with the houses and numerous commercial projects.

Today, Sealund Corporation is a full-service construction & building company that continues to pride itself on delivering value.
